She is a core member of CLS’ Steering Committee, coordinates global management functions and is the driving force behind the HR Department—harnessing engineering and project management resources into our core strength. Gita also dedicates her time to support non-profit organizations engaged in education and community service. Gita is an Electrical Engineer from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and before launching Capital Legal Solutions, she served the New York Port Authority and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office examining new technology innovations.

He has experience in the corporate, legal and vendor environments, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges facing each sector. Most recently Tom served as Director of Litigation Support at Covington & Burling. He was responsible for implementation of litigation-related technology, case management, and internal e-discovery consulting. He has worked with a Fortune 500 company in the telecommunications industry as a Technical Project Manager in the General Counsel's Office, and as a Program Manager on a federal government litigation support contract. He has been responsible for the development and implementation of technology relating to litigation support, as well as technology related to the tracking of various matters for internal business units.

Prior to his stint in the DC office Greg worked in the firm's New York office where he was the office's first practice support professional. He has functioned as an integral member and project manager in many high profile cases in the United States, Europe and Japan. His knowledge of database systems, his extensive programming background, and his mastery of emerging technologies such as Unicode make him a tremendous asset to CLS. Greg has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems and is on track to gain his Master's Degree from the the University of Maryland soon.

He received the State Department's Meritorious Honor Award, handled the US Trade Development portfolio with distinction, assisted USAID and the US Environmental Protection Agency, and dealt with the World Bank and the IMF advocating for US business interests.
