Blowbacks:

Capital Legal has designed a superior printing solution around the review and/or production needs of our clients. Our printing solution allows for slip sheets to be populated with any available metadata fields. We produce up to 350,000 printed pages a day. Our custom solution allows us the flexibility to provide output based on our clients’ specifications.

Scanning:

Often large scale e-discovery projects are accompanied by paper collections which require digitization. Capital Legal has extensive experience with scanning paper to digital formats and can deliver its work in any of several image formats including TIFF and PDF. Our scanning platform allows for mark sense recognition projects as well as high speed accurate Optical Character Recognition (OCR).

Whether onsite or off, we deliver fast, secure and accurate scanning services, and seamless integration with other case materials. Capital Legal uses technology and proven document scanning procedures to ensure that your documents remain secure and confidential. We track the physical documents from their arrival at our premises to their safe return, providing full, redundant back-up of every digital image.

Coding Project Management:

Capital Legal maintains small scale coding capabilities for tasks associated with larger e-discovery projects. We also maintain relationships with top notch domestic and overseas coding partners to handle larger scale projects. We are prepared to apply our project management experience to coding projects of any size.
