Our team of software developers has created our own review application, eZReview, to provide an intuitive environment for our clients to review millions of documents securely from their office PC, their home computer, or their laptop.

While we believe that eZReview is the superior product, we don’t discriminate. A number of fine, hosted litigation support software applications are also available in the market. We host documents for review in these environments as well as our own.

- Fast and easy start-up: Capital Legal can set-up and load case-related documents within hours.

- Stable, robust service: When the size of data to review approaches terabytes, all the bells and whistles in the world will not substitute for unnecessary downtime caused by system limitations or low bandwidth. Capital Legal places a premium on system stability and offers hosted solutions that maximize productivity. Multiple DS-3T-1 lines provide superior connectivity. High end EMC/Dell servers provide unparalleled performance. Sophisticated computer controlled, redundant power supplies, including a 100 KW CNG generator, provide redundancy in power backup.

- Secure access: All hosted data is protected by an NCSA certified firewall that controls traffic and access, and logs entry and exit. Data transfers are encrypted with 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), the industry standard for encryption protection. Reviewers are required to have a unique user ID and password to access data.

- Collaborative choice: Need to share a portion of data with co-counsel or reserve privileged review for experienced counsel only? Our hosting options enable you to determine the level of access provided to each user.

- Excellent project management and tech support: Our engineering staff manages successfully multiple, large-scale hosted projects simultaneously. They are available 24/7 to address client needs.
