Dharmesh serves as the president and chief technology officer of Capital Legal. He founded the company in 2002 after acquiring more than a decade of experience developing efficient and cost-effective solutions to difficult technology challenges for corporate and government clients. Dharmesh created Capital Legal to respond to a growing demand from clients including top national law firm IT managers and savvy litigators seeking to gain an edge in electronic discovery. Born in India, Dharmesh was a national merit scholar and graduate of the prestigious National Institute of Technology Calicut before coming to the United States for graduate studies in systems engineering. He holds a Master's degree from Virginia Tech.

For more than two decades, Bob has been at the forefront of efforts to deliver innovative services essential to the practice of law. A former civil litigator, Bob began a second career as a pioneer in the emerging field of automated litigation support services. As technology transformed the way business is conducted, Bob became an expert in electronic discovery. Co-Chair of Georgetown University Law Center’s Continuing Legal Education Program’s Advanced E-Discovery Institute and a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group on Electronic Document Production and Management, Bob speaks and writes frequently about best practices to legal practitioners and practice support specialists. As our vice president of e-discovery consulting, Bob advises our clients on electronic discovery, computer forensics, and electronic data preservation and retention practices.

Thomas J. Skelley

Tom has more than 20 years of experience working in the Litigation Support arena. He has worked in corporate, legal and vendor environments, allowing him to gain unique perspective on the challenges facing each sector. Most recently Tom worked at Covington & Burling as a Litigation Support Manager. He was responsible for implementation of litigation related technology, case management, and internal e-discovery consulting. He also has experience with a fortune 500 company in the telecommunications industry as a Technical Project Manager in the General Counsel's Office and as a program manager on a federal government litigation support contract. In addition to case support, he has been responsible for the development and implementation of technology relating to litigation support, as well as technology related to the tracking of the various matters for internal business units.

A graduate of India’s elite Indian Institute of Technology, Kirit serves as our Vice President of Information Technology devoting his talent and skills to the development of both innovative software products and internal processing improvements. Kirit has extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining integrated software tools to optimize business performance and increase productivity. His work for Fortune 500 companies and successful start-ups alike has included: the development of XML based portal software to empower corporations with the capability to access relevant company information, search, and perform multiple business functions with ease; the design and implementation of robust e-commerce software to handle millions of daily customer requests; and the development of data mining processes to manage content successfully.

As current Director of Process & Production Engineering, Greg joins CLS with over five years of Litigation Practice Support experience after his recent departure from the well known firm, Morrison & Foerster LLP. He started out as the very first Practice Support person in the NYC office, where he helped establish, train and educate the Litigation department on e-discovery, in addition to serving as Electronic Court Filing Coordinator for the Southern district of NY. He spent his last years as Litigation Support Coordinator in the DC office. He has served as an integral member and Project Manager in many high-profile litigation cases in the US, Europe and Japan. He has tremendous knowledge on database systems and continually building his expertise on Unicode data. With his BS degree in Computer Information Systems and programming background, joined with his passion for Information Technology, Greg has develop several solutions which has still proven effective today. He lives by the two code, one of which is “NEVER PROBLEMS, ONLY SOLUTIONS.” He has always graduated at the top of this class and continually strives for the best in all that his hand touches. Currently, he is finishing up his MIS degree at the University of Maryland. His greatest accomplishments amid it all, is that of a devoted husband and father of a 1 year old baby girl. He likes people and believes in treating others with respect and dignity, which brings me to his second code to live by, “Treat others as you would like to be treated.”

Henry Huang

Henry serves as Capital Legal’s Director of Network Engineering. Henry manages Capital Legal’s network, storage and hosting infrastructure and implements our security protocols. He is an expert in the collection and restoration of electronic data and assists our clients in retrieving large quantities of information precisely, quickly, and efficiently – and in troubleshooting difficult computer forensics cases. Prior to joining our company, Henry served as a senior systems engineer at L-3 Communications applying the latest technological solutions to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of military security systems. He received a Master of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ramesh Purohit

Ramesh, our Corporate Business Manager served the American Consulate General in Mumbai India for over 21 years. As a Senior Commercial Specialist with US & Foreign Commercial Service, he provided project and export consulting to US Companies, developed market entry strategies facilitating financial and technical collaborations. He received State Department's Meritorious Honor Award in recognition of his professional competence and advocacy support to US projects. He handled the US Trade Development portfolio with distinction for several years, and assisted USAID, US Environmental Protection Agency and dealt with World Bank and IMF advocating US business interests. Ramesh led delegations to trade shows in the United States, countries in South Asia, and gained exposure to international markets in Asia, Africa and Europe. Upon his relocation to USA in 2003, he briefly served CLS, Smithsonian Institution, and more recently Paxton International in Springfield VA where he was International Specialist handling State Department's global logistics and relocation assignments.

He has degrees in Science and Law from Delhi University and Masters in Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute in Mumbai, India
