Capital Legal Solutions has extensive experience in overseeing clients’ IT staff and other in-house personnel in the collection, or “harvesting,” of electronic data to meet litigation or government investigative requirements. We provide seasoned forensic examiners and skilled engineers to work alongside and guide our clients’ staff in the collection of electronic data.

Capital Legal forensically images storage media in response to existing or future data preservation needs. We collect data from any standard storage media including network servers, desktops, laptops, backup tapes, and flash drives.

We have created a highly refined set of electronic discovery protocols to target custodians’ data efficiently and narrow the scope of the collection process affordably in full accordance with industry standards and best practices. Our own powerful suite of proprietary tools enables us to search and target vast amounts of client data thoroughly and quickly even in cases where unconscionably short production timeframes have been mandated.

Capital Legal preserves, collects and retains electronic data in a manner that fulfills all of our clients’ legal obligations and eliminates or minimizes exposure to sanctions for alleged spoliation.
